Maxi Cohen's first solo Exhibition has shown in Leila Heller Gallery Dubai

ArtDayMe: You can visit the first solo exhibition of Maxi Cohen in Leila Heller Gallery Dubai until January 15th . The name of this collection is ’The Poetry of Water’. This exhibition, a collection of water art captured in the UAE, includes paintings, large format photographs, multimedia works, immersive installations, mixed-reality, and video furniture. Maxi's engagement with water as a medium for her art began twenty-five years ago in the Hot Springs of California's desert. Maxi came to Dubai, during Expo 2020, to learn more about current climate change innovations and issues of global sustainability. she discovered that the bodies of water in the UAE were none like she had experienced elsewhere in the world. That moment of epiphany presented an irresistible challenge for her as an artist. When the viewer wears an EEG headband, a haptic vest, and a mixed reality headset, they will be able to see their own state of mind visually translated in water. For this exhibition, these images will be permanently preserved in a digital asset, to then be given to the first 100 collectors, along with an accompanying art print. This will be the first Bio-Resonant art experience stored and verified on the Blockchain. Maxi hopes that these works will help to inspire a reverence for water, will bring beauty and serenityto public and private environments, and will enrich the health and well-being of the people and the land of the UAE, and beyond.
