ArtDayME: Dalloul Art Foundation in Beirut is currently presenting "Women at Work: Intersection of Fine Art and Craft", on view through August 14, 2025.

Featuring over 80 works by contemporary women artists from across the Arab world, the exhibition explores how fine art and craft intersect through innovative use of textiles, ceramics, metal, painting, photography, and drawing.

The show highlights how traditionally undervalued forms of “women’s work”—such as embroidery, weaving, and pottery—are reimagined as spaces for intellectual, aesthetic, and feminist expression.

By blurring the lines between craft and fine art, these artists challenge patriarchal norms and offer fresh perspectives on gender, creativity, and cultural heritage.
