Muscat Art 2026 to bring together artists and galleries from Oman and beyond
Muscat Art is held annually in the final weekend of October and is produced by the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Oman is among the event's strategic partners.
ArtDayME: Muscat Art 2026, the annual contemporary art exhibition in Oman, will take place from October 28 to 30, 2026, at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC) in Muscat, bringing together local and international artists alongside galleries.
The event aims to raise cultural awareness, preserve artistic legacies and foster connections between artists and audiences. Beyond the exhibition itself, Muscat Art supports a wider creative ecosystem, featuring open studios for visitors, classes for children, an archive accessible to researchers, and an evening program of talks across all three days.
An Expanding International Art Platform
The 2025 edition welcomed more than 200 artists, presented over 1,000 artworks and attracted more than 6,000 visitors. The edition featured participants from more than 12 countries, reflecting the exhibition's growing international reach.

Countries represented in the previous edition included Oman, Iran, Palestine, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Yemen, India, Colombia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, Sudan, Hungary, Germany and Finland.
Muscat Art brings together a range of artistic disciplines, including painting, sculpture and calligraphy, while its broader program is designed to encourage dialogue and connections among artists, collectors, galleries and audiences.
Registration for the 2026 Edition Has Closed
Registration for exhibitors and participants in Muscat Art 2026 closed on September 1, 2026, following the deadline announced by the organizers. Public registration opened on August 1, while press accreditation and archive access are available upon request.
The 2026 edition will run from October 28 to 30 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat, with exhibitor move-in scheduled for October 27. The dates and venue are also listed in OCEC's official event calendar.
