ArtDayME: There are only five days left until the end of the 25th Sharjah Islamic Arts Festival, which has received much praise from visitors. This international event is organized by Sharjah Culture at Sharjah Art Museum. In the 25th edition of this festival, 50 artists from 25 countries are present. Artists from America, France, England, Spain, Argentina to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iran, including Matias De Falcis (Argentine), Saad Qureshi (UK), Gulnur Mukazhanova (Kazakhstan), Francisci Miranda (Argentine), Farah Behbehani (Kuwait), Sara Choudhrey (UK), Mateo Bories (France), Ahmed Keshta (Spain), Xiaojing Yan (Canada), Choi+Shine Studio (USA), Samina Virani (UK), Ali Cha'aban (Lebanon), Maryam Tariq (Saudi Arabia), Natalie Fisher (Australia), Noor Alwan (Bahrain), Omar Abduljava (Saudi Arabia), Saad AlHowede (Saudi Arabia), Alzaina Lootah (UAE), Sara Al Khayyal (UAE), Ana Escobar (Colombia/France), Neda Salmanpour (Iran), Maktoum Al Maktoum (UAE), Soheil Raad (Iran), etc., are the artists present in this international event. 319 art pieces, including calligraphy, murals, and paintings, that express the Islamic artistic scene will be shown at the festival. The festival organises 132 events, including exhibitions, workshops, and lectures, hosted by the Department of Culture in cooperation with 18 entities in Sharjah. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, inaugurated the 25th edition of the Sharjah Islamic Arts Festival at the Sharjah Art Museum.
