Watch Kimia Nakhaei, ArtDayMe's correspondent, reporting from MAAD Gallery, which transformed Bagh-e 13 Chenar in Tehran's Darakeh district into the setting for a sculpture and installation exhibition curated by Zohreh Mehraban, Founder and Director of MAAD Gallery.

ArtDayMe | Watch Kimia Nakhaei, ArtDayMe's correspondent, reporting from MAAD Gallery, which transformed Bagh-e 13 Chenar in Tehran's Darakeh district into the setting for a sculpture and installation exhibition curated by Zohreh Mehraban, Founder and Director of MAAD Gallery.

"Unto Human" was the title of this widely acclaimed exhibition, bringing together 35 sculptures and installations by 22 artists. The exhibition remained on view through Friday, July 31, 2026.

The exhibition featured works by Hossein Azadi (2 works), Alireza Azar, Bahram Ashofteh (4 works), Bahador Ehsani, Masoud Akhavanjam, Sadegh Adham, Mohammadreza Pourkamali (2 works), Sadegh Chalangar (3 works), Sara Hakimi, Marjan Khezli (2 works), Aref Roudbari Shahmiri, Hadi Roshanzamir, Bijan Ghanchehpour, Ruhollah Shamsizadeh, Farnam Farshad (3 works), Shahrokh Faryousefi, Minoo Ghazi, Sara Keshmiri, Behnaz Mohammadhadi (2 works), Jamshid Moradian (2 works), Mohammad Hossein Mozaffari, and Mehdi Nabavi (2 works).

In the video, Kimia Nakhaei says:

"Nature and art are two of the most vital forces missing from contemporary human life. In its summer exhibition, MAAD Gallery has brought these two restorative elements together. The exhibition invites visitors to confront a fundamental question: What relationship does contemporary humanity maintain with nature, matter, and the self amid the relentless pace of modern life?"
