Dubai Culture, in collaboration with the Supreme Committee for Hatta’s development, unveiled Shaikha Al Mazrou’s Deliberate Pauses, the largest site-specific public art installation in Dubai, celebrating the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Hatta.
With a dynamic lineup of live art performances, interactive workshops, and expert talks, the fair offers an inspiring and engaging space for creativity, cultural dialogue, and artistic exchange.
The event aims to support emerging local and international artists by providing them with a valuable platform to showcase their creativity to the public.
Curated by Munira Al Sayegh, the installation is situated along the creek in the historic Al Shindagha District, a neighbourhood shaped by centuries of trade and cultural exchange.
The exhibition features artworks by over 30 artists inspired by Burj Rashid, celebrating it as a cultural and creative icon.
The season will include the 13th edition of the Sikka Art and Design Festival and the 18th edition of Art Dubai.
Exhibitors in Art Dubai's Contemporary, Bawwaba, Modern and Digital sections number over 100, have representation in more than 50 cities, and the upcoming edition of the fair will welcome over 20 first-time participants.
The programme aimed to broaden the horizons of creative talent, refine their jewelry-making skills, and enrich their knowledge of this art form.
